Photographing this couple was an absolute treat. When I met with Grace - she shared that she wanted a whimsical, fairytale, backyard wedding that was intimate and full of flowers. Grace’s sisters new home became the perfect location, wooded with a magical forest that created the perfect setting for their ceremony. Just 2 minutes walking away, we found stunning bluffs that where we captured wedding party and couples photos.

Grace and Michael wanted to be in the moment for their wedding day. This couple wasn’t worried about their photos or their timeline. They wanted me to be free to capture the real, raw moments of the day…capturing the chemistry and beautiful bonds with family and friends within these moments is easy when couples are more worried about being present and enjoying their celebration. At 11pm, I left with three memory cards full of gorgeous moments, and a feeling of incredible joy to be around the vulnerability of this couples open hearts on their wedding day.
